• Account Information: Your email address and display name from Google or Microsoft when you sign in
• Calendar Data: We access your calendar's free/busy information to find available meeting times. We do not read the content of your existing calendar events.
• Meeting Data: Information about meetings you create, including title, duration, date range, and participant email addresses

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Display your availability to meeting participants
• Create calendar events when meetings are booked
• Send email invitations and notifications about meetings
• Update or cancel calendar events when meetings are rescheduled or cancelled

4. Calendar Access

LynkSync requests access to your Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar to read your free/busy times and create meeting events. We only access the minimum information necessary to provide our scheduling service. We do not read, store, or share the details of your existing calendar events.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Meeting Participants: Your availability (busy/free times only) is shared with other participants in meetings you join
• Service Providers: We use Supabase for data storage and Resend for email delivery

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token storage, and access controls. Your calendar access tokens are stored securely and are only used to provide the scheduling service.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and meeting data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke calendar access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings
