LynkSync is a meeting scheduling service that allows users to connect their calendars, share availability, and book meetings. The Service integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar to provide scheduling functionality.
3. User Accounts
To use LynkSync, you must sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Calendar Access
By using the Service, you grant LynkSync permission to access your calendar to read free/busy information and create, update, or delete meeting events that you schedule through our platform. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate any person or entity

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LynkSync and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LynkSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
